Made-To-Order: All sales on made-to-order items are final. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error.
Cancellation Policy: Orders for made-to-order or custom items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Returns and Exchanges:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong item. Please make sure to double-check all order details before confirming your purchase.
- Each product listing includes a detailed size chart to help you choose the correct size. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that do not fit. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Defective or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and provide instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds: Refunds are only issued if the item is determined to be defective or incorrect and cannot be replaced. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
